Manhole Symbol is Missing in the WS Plan View

Each manhole has a connected DWG file in the settings that control what symbol to be drawn. The main reason why the manhole symbol is missing in the WS plan view is that the location of the folder containing the connected DWG file is changed, or if the folder doesn't contain the DWG file.
