Problem: When starting the WS configuration dialog you get a warning about "Unable to read the configuration database".
Solution: Some users experience this and it is related to some drivers missing on some computer. To resolve this you need to download these drivers.
Driver name: Microsoft SQL Server Compact 3.5 Service Pack 2
Download path: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5783&WT.mc_id=DOP-MVP-37580
Extract the downloaded file to unpack and save the two msi files: SSCERuntime_x86-ENU and SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.
Now, run first the x86 file and second the x64 file.
Restart the software and try again.
