This function checks if manholes have the correct angels and height distance between pipes. It uses a configuration file with minimum values to validate.

How
This function works the following way:
Click on the function
You can now either select one manhole or click enter to draw a polyline around the manholes you want to check
Click Enter when you have selected the manholes
Check manhole dialog will pop up
Select configuration file
Now you can select the different manholes and see if they corresponds with the criteria
