Create user defined signs
User defined signs are a way to make the program understand signs with a design that is not completely in accordance with how the program is made.Â
The following sequence of questions appears at startup:
Select object:
Select the data you want to include in the sign... must be closed polylines.
Complete the dialog and press OK to exit.
The sign that was now created will be interpreted by the software as a standard sign object and can be connected to a post using a reference line.
Note: Since user defined signs only consist of closed polylines, you cannot edit the contents of the sign. Content can only be changed by going all the way back to the "outline" (closed polylines) edition and making the necessary updates before creating the sign again.
