How to handle problems and errors in Novapoint Noise

If you get an error during use of the Noise Module, it is good practice to first:

• Check Release Notes  to see if the version you have has any "Known Issues". These are continuously updated when we find problems in specific versions. If there is a workaround to the problem, that will also be listed here.

• Check the subpages to this page to see if you find the problem listed here. Or if you are just looking for best practices or a description of how to do something.

If this doesn't help, contact Customer Support and Sales . If you need to upload your workset, please note that to debug Noise Module problems, we will need the dwg file you are working as well as the Quadri workset!
