Object Menu (NCO)

The Novapoint Object Menu (NCO) is used for direct access to a number of functions by pointing at any element in the drawing.

Command prompts for:

Select an entity: <Point at an object>: Pick an object in the drawing

The flyout menu will vary depending on the object picked.

• All Novapoint objects will come up with a number of functions related to the selected object

• Selecting a CAD entity will also give a number of related functions

Generate Terrain Profile

This function is not new but is greatly improved and can now generate terrain profiles based on breakline points as well as the traditional section points (defined interval). The function is not accessible from the menu but by using Object Menu (NCO) on a polyline in the drawing.

Starting the function will now give three possible ways to generate terrain sections:

• All points: Terrain section based on cross-section defined by interval and breakline points with active lines in the Terrain model.

• Breakline points only: Terrain section based on only crossing active lines in the Terrain model (as shown in the example below)

• Section points only: Terrain section based on cross-section defined by an interval.
