How can I optimize the support request?
Simply stating that you have a problem with your project doesn't help us much in helping you. Please be as clear as you can be about what you are doing and what you expected to see. Help us understand your problem by:
adding descriptive text and step-by-step information that tell us what you do
tell us what you expected to see vs what you are actually seeing
adding printscreen or video that clearly shows the problem that you described
if it is benefitial to the case, draw some squibbly lines to shows us what you mean in the printscreens
adding a dataset for us to work on by using the Upload to Support functionality in Quadri
remember to also add a descriptive text so that we can find the task in question and so that we understand the problem you experience
Did you forget to add something? Please just respond to the email confirmation that stated that we received your request.
I already sent you a support request - how can I add my project to that request?
If you already made a support request, but realized you should probably also send us your project, you can also to that? No problem!
To do this you simply use the upload to support functionality and add information that this is related to a specific support case. We'll merge them on our side.
TIP: Did you know the upload functionality also accepts uploading other files to us?
If you have files to send us (large or small), please use the 'Manually add files'-button in the upload function to send us the data.
