Be clear in your request

Simply stating that you have a problem with your project doesn't help us much in helping you. Please be as clear as you can be about what you are doing and what you expected to see. Help us understand your problem by:


Provide a datamodel for us to investigate or work with

Some cases are clear to understand from the request, and we may quickly determine where the problem may be located, or what you need to do. But, in most cases adding some supporting datamodel will go a long way and help us get to the best possible response to you, reducing your waiting time.

Add a dataset/model for us to work on by using the Upload to Support functionality in Quadri. Remember to also add a descriptive text so that we can find the task in question and so that we understand the problem you experience (ref. above).

For some disciplines you can get away with less data than the full model, f.ex:

Did you forget to add something? Please just respond to the email confirmation you received about us having receievd your first request.


I already sent you a support request by email - how can I add my project to that request?

If you already made a support request, but realized you should probably also send us your project, you can also to that? No problem!

To do this you simply use the upload to support functionality and add information that this is related to a specific support case. We'll merge them on our side.


PRO TIP: Did you know the upload functionality also accepts uploading other files to us?

If you have files to send us (large or small), please use the 'Manually add files'-button in the upload function to send us the data.
