In this dialog box, we enter the location and identity of one single calculation point.

Identity

• Identity - Identity may consist of a random selection of characters and other symbols. As identity for a certain calculation point, we may, e.g., use a street address or the name of the owner of the building.

Calculation point

• Choose point < - All dialog boxes are closed, and we may enter a calculation point directly in the map on the screen. As we enter the point, we get back to the dialog box New calculation point. The coordinates of the selected point are shown in the dialog box. We may change the selection by entering another point.

• Choose a point in front of the facade < - All dialog boxes are closed, and we must click a line in the map to be the facade. If we choose a line that is not part of a polygon, we have to click the side of the facade on which the calculation point is to be created.

This function is an aid in getting a calculation point placed relative to a house facade in accordance with regulations. The point is by default located 1m in front of the mid point of the house facade (see calculation_points). The default value can be changed in vnnp_noiseoptions. When the point is defined, we get back to the dialog box New calculation point. The coordinates of the selected point are shown in the dialog box. We may change the selection by entering another point.

Calculation points entered as points in front of facades are automatically attached to the selected building, if the line is defined as a building in Novapoint Noise.

• X - The X coordinate of the point.

• Y - The Y coordinate of the point.

Misc.

• OK - The dialog box is closed and the calculation point is saved.

• Cancel - The dialog box is closed and the calculation point is not saved/changed.
