Export/Import

This drop-down menu contains functions to import and export data to or from the road model.

Import

Importing data to the task will import the design indata that you find in the descriptions.

Available formats are:

• DMI - the indata file of the road model

• XML (also known as PARAM) - it is not a traditional XML file, but holds indata for the corridor model

• IND - the indata format from Novapoint 20 and earlier

Export

Exporting data from the task will export the model in different ways

Available formats are:

• DMI (and will also export the DMR) - the DMI and DMR files are the proprietary formats that holds both indata and result data for the corridor model.

• XML (also known as PARAM) - holds the indata for the corridor model
