Terrain Cross-Section - Report

This function gives you a Microsoft Excel report from a line in the drawing, a file, or a line in the Terrain model.

Run the function from:

MOUS_ICO Toolbar: Not available from the Toolbar

MOUS_ICO Menu: Novapoint > Terrain Information > Terrain cross section - report

KEYB_ICO Command Line: Not available from the command line

The dialog Terrain Cross-Section Grid will pop up.

You can choose between Select (a line in the Terrain model), Browse (select a file), or Pick < (pick a line in the drawing).

Under Calculate setting, you choose the settings for the calculation.

Under the Output setting, you choose the Excel report format.

When generating the report for Microsoft Excel, the information will be set up in the following categories; Chainage, Elevation, East, North, Elevation -20, Elevation -10, Elevation 0, Elevation 10, and Elevation 20 as default settings. If you change the values under Calculate setting, these categories will change.
