The following method is used:
Step 1: Start the function
Step 2: Save the file in a suitable folder
Step 3: Select trenches in the dialogue. Use Ctrl+left click to add more trenches.
Step 4: In command prompts for "Author Email : ". Write and Enter.
Step 5: In command prompts for "Author company : ". Write and Enter.
Step 6: In command prompts for "Author company URL : ". Write and Enter.
