TRIMBLE DRAWING

INFO: Trimble Drawing 2024 v.3509 gives best compatibility with Novapoint 2024.6.

There is no new version of Trimble Drawing with this release of Novapoint.

NOVAPOINT ROAD

Alignment Design:

• FIXED: Export of alignments from the dialog could for a R=2000 show R=1999.999999345 or similar.

Pavement Layer Properties

• ENHANCEMENT: Drop-down lists has a possibility to have different dropdown lists on the same property for each pavement layer.

• ENHANCEMENT: Properties can be disabled for specific pavement layers when using the drop-down method.

Pavement Rehab:

• FIXED: Some issues that was fixed for NP2024.5, but reverted in NP2024.5b are now "back".

  • • When left/right slopes are 0.000, it didn't go vertically.

    • Wrong handling of minimum thickness in combination with 0-thickness layers

    • Rehab was in use on all pavement templates if the model had it activated in settings

Quantity reports

• ENHANCEMENT: User-defined value for "rock cut less than" can be set.

Build model

• FIXED: Roadmodels on alignments starting with negative chainage didn't show the chainage correctly in the Cross-section Viewer.

• FIXED: Terrain filtering in the cross-sections did not work.

Slope Surface Tool

• FIXED: 3D polyline with duplicate points didn't read correctly and some of the slope/cut could be missing.

Norway

Quantity report: Possibility to get "Flåsprengning 2m"/"Rock less than 2m" according to NS3420. Value is user-defined in the report dialog.

Switzerland

Alignment Design: Added Alignment geometry template in the Design Standards dialog.

CAD - Distance between Alignments

• NEW: CAD function "Distance between two alignments" has new railway specific calculations using equal length normals between the alignments.

Quadri - Generic Properties

• FIXED: Wrong value was stored in GenericProprtyList for "ToConnectionName". It stored the second connection name on the pipe, not the end connection name.
