Show Blocks in Drawing
This tool shows all the blocks in the drawing. You have to specify the block name or select the block from the drawing and the tool will show all such blocks in the drawing. The routine will “put out” all other objects and display all the blocks with the selected name.
Run the tool from:
MOUS_ICO Toolbar: Tools > Show Blocks in Drawing
Command prompts for:
Name of the block to select <Recently Selected Block Name>: Specify the block name or use '.' (period) to select the block from the drawing.
Select Block: Select the block.
The selected block is <Name of the Block Selected> Stop for each location (Yes/No) <Yes>:
Yes to stop after each occurrence of the selected block. An arrow from the center of the screen will display the insertion point of the block (and thus the block). Further, the point's coordinate will also be displayed at the command prompt.
No to have a list of all the blocks with the same name in the drawing.
