Draw Road Superelevation Annotations
Use this function to draw elevation annotations along selected surfaces of the carriageway.
These annotations can be drawn for the desired section of the road model.
These annotations will be inserted at the interval used for road surface calculations.
The elevations will be read from the active road project.
The primary requirement for this function is that road surface calculations are performed in the module Road Design.
Run the from the following locations:
MOUS_ICO Toolbar: Draw Road Superelevation Annotations
MOUS_ICO Menu: Road > Draw Road Superelevation Annotations
The dialog Draw Road Superelevation Annotations will pop up.
Road Project
The active road model will be mapped in this field.
Road Surfaces
Select the carriageway surfaces, on which the superelevation symbols and annotations are to be drawn.
All the carriageway surfaces available in the active road model will be listed in the pull-down menus.
Sections
By default, superelevation annotations will be drawn to the entire road model section.
In case annotation is not required for the entire section, mark the radio button From and define the section in the fields From and To.
Drawing Options
Superelevation annotations can be inserted at the interval used for road surface calculations, break point (tangent points of alignment, change points of road cross-section, etc.).
Mark the checkboxes.
Draw Chainages - The chainage at the superelevation annotation can also be inserted. Mark the check box to use this option.
Annotation Drawing Settings
Settings for the symbols of superelevation and annotation can be defined in the dialog Annotation Drawing Settings, which pop up with this button.
