Drawing Rules
Drawing rules are used to specify how to draw the slope calculation and have two sets of parameters:
Layers
Slope marking
Layers
You can define the layer and color for each of the elements in the slope calculation.
Draw - All elements marked with an X will be drawn on a specified layer and with a specified color. Check the box next to each drawing element to enable it.
Layer Name - The function suggests a layer for each element. Users can type in the layer name they want to use. If the layer doesn’t exist in the AutoCAD drawing, the layer will be created.
Color - The function suggests a color for each element. You can change the color by point in the Color field. AutoCAD’s standard dialog box for color will then appear and the user can select the color they want.
Slope marking
These parameters set up the drawing of the slope marking for the slopes.
Type - There are two different types available:
Space between Major Marks: The distance between the long lines in the slope marking. The standard value is 10 meters, but you can type in the value you want to use.
Minor Mark Height 1/? Of Major Mark: This parameter is used to decide the height of the short lines in the slope marking. The standard value is 1 and is given as part of the height of the major mark lines. You can change the value by typing in the value you want to use. The standard value 1 will give a minor mark line that is 1/10th of the major mark.
