Trimble Novapoint Help
Use this tool to generate point elevations in the nodes of a 3D polyline.
Find it here:
MOUS_ICO Menu: Landscape > Elevation tools >Point elevations from 3D poly
MOUS_ICO Toolbar: > Elevation tools > Point elevations from 3D poly
Start the function.
Select the 3D polyline from which you want to generate point elevations.
Point elevations are blocks with insertion points in the “+”-sign. The z-value for the block will always be equal to the written text.
It is possible to use osnap when setting out point elevations - the z-value in the specific point snapped to will show in the command prompt. To use the snapped z-value instead of typing in a value - just press enter!
Styles for point elevations and slope arrows can be created and managed inside New point elevations setup.
