Draw Matchlines along Line
Use this function to draw matchlines along a line. The matchlines can be used as input when running Draw Plan Frames along Line.
Command prompts for:
Pick a line, arc, polyline:
Select the line, along which matchlines are to be drawn.
The dialog Draw Matchlines along Line will pop up.
Alignment info
From/To Chainage - Define the section of the select line, for which match lines are to be drawn.
By default, the entire section of the selected line will be considered.
Chainage Interval - Define the interval for the matchlines.
Number Definition - Use this button to define the number format for the chainage label, which will be inserted at the matchlines.
The dialog Number Definition will pop up with this button.
Drawing Style
Two types of pre-defined labels are available for matchline. Method 1 and Method 2.
Mark the desired radio button.
For method 2, a triangle is the addition.
Define the height and width of the triangle at the respective fields.
Annotations
The matchline label consists of annotations. Define the text for these annotations.
Layer - Define the layers for the matchlines annotations.
Font - Select the desired font style of the annotations of the matchline labels.
The dialog Fonts will pop up with this button.
Line Length - Define the length of the leader line.
Color - Click the color field to change the color of the leader line.
