The following method is used:
Step 1: Start the function.
Step 2: Select trenches in the dialogue. Use Ctrl+left click to add more trenches.
Step 3: Select reference alignment from Quadri.
Step 4: Save the file in a suitable folder.
Step 5: End with OK.
