Barriers

Find it here:

MOUS_ICO Menu: Noise > Barriers

or

nco: Select a barrier (defined in Novapoint Noise)

For general information about barriers in Novapoint Noise, see Barriers.

In the menu, the items above the line are functions for barriers in general. For the items under the line, an object selection is required. This can be done before the function is called, or afterward. The selection will be filtered so it only changes barriers. Objects in the selection that are not barriers are not affected.

Barrier selection examples

Example 1:

MOUS_ICO Click a barrier, so it becomes highlighted (with blue squares in the break points).

MOUS_ICO Menu: Noise > Barriers > Reflection on

The highlighted barrier is set to be reflective.

Example 2:

MOUS_ICO Menu: Noise > Barriers > Edit Heights…

Select objects: appears on the command line.

KEYB_ICO all, <Enter>, <Enter>
