Parabolas or Arcs

If you want to change the curve type from circular curves to parabolas this is done by changing the Windows System Variables on your computer.

Before continuing with this change you need to close Novapoint and your CAD-software.

On your computer go to:

1. System >

2. Advancced system settings >

3. Advanced tab>

4. Environment Variables >

5. System variables >

6. New >

7. VIPS = P

8. OK (close the “New System Variable” dialog)

9. OK (close the “Environment Variables” dialog)

10. OK (close the “System Properties” dialog)

To remove the use of parabolas you need to delete this system variable.
