Copy Point Elevations 2

Use this tool to copy point elevations and slopes within the same drawing. Note that the AutoCAD command 'copy' does not work on point elevations!

Working procedure

1. Start the function and the command prompts:

3. Select the point elevation object(s) to copy. When finished, press 'Enter.'

4. The command prompts:

Specify a base point or [Displacement/mOde] <Displacement>:

5. Select the base point of displacement. Select the place to copy the point elevation objects. When finish copying, press 'Enter' to exit.

About administrating point elevations

• The leveling tools are a set of functions working within the DWG file as well as interacting with the active terrain model. Editing and calculating point elevations must be done using the leveling tools only! It does not work to use AutoCAD functions like move, copy, copyclip/paste, properties, attribute editor, etc. in order to edit or manage the appearance of point elevation New Point Elevations Setup in Novapoint Landscape.

• Styles for point elevations and slope arrows can be created and managed inside New point elevations setup.
